Q. Do you offer private or group classes?
A. Yes, we offer both private and group classes. To start, we provide 2–3 one-on-one sessions to help you get oriented. After that, you'll join our group meditation sessions, which are the core of our program. However, private sessions are also available upon request if needed.
Q. How often should I attend classes?
A. As much or as little as you wish. We encourage students to attend as much as possible to see results and reach completion. Our main goal is for you to be happy and this means that you must choose the speed that brings balance and joy to your life.

Q. Does this require a commitment?
A. Just like going to the gym, you will not see optimal results in just one session. You can go a few times, but a real result will be seen if you make a commitment to a longer discipline.
Q. What are the forms of payment?
A. Cash, credit or check. Even Zelle or Paypal too. Most kinds of payment options.
Q. Will I have to pay more per level?
A. No. However, following the completion of all of the levels, there are workshops/meditation retreats. These educational workshops are held throughout the world (with educational programming, room, board) Funds from the educational retreats are used to keep this project growing by opening up new centers across the globe. Your attendance is optional of course however, after experiencing the benefits and authenticity of the method it is rare that a student chooses not to attend.
